Return Policy

This Return Policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules for consultation products purchased from Bioourinsing through bioourinsing.ddd. It supplements our Terms of Use and applies to consumers in Finland and the European Union unless mandatory local law provides additional rights.

1. Covered Products

This policy covers the Starter Kitchen Session (€49), Monthly Meal Blueprint (€89 per month), and Family Budget Bundle (€129). Each product consists primarily of live consultation time and personalized digital deliverables such as meal outlines, checklists, and follow-up notes.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Distance Contracts

EU consumers generally have fourteen days to withdraw from distance contracts without giving a reason. However, for services fully performed within the withdrawal period with your prior express consent, the right may not apply once the service is completed. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if you requested immediate delivery and acknowledged loss of withdrawal rights, withdrawal may not be available after delivery begins.

To withdraw before your first scheduled session, send a clear statement to contact@bioourinsing.world including your name, order date, and product name. We will confirm receipt within two business days.

3. Starter Kitchen Session

Cancellation more than forty-eight hours before the scheduled session: full refund to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Cancellation within forty-eight hours: we may retain a €15 administrative fee or offer one free reschedule within thirty days. No-show without notice: no refund.

If the session has already taken place and written materials were delivered, the Starter Kitchen Session is considered consumed and is not eligible for refund except where required by law or where we failed to deliver agreed deliverables.

4. Monthly Meal Blueprint

You may cancel future renewals at any time effective from the next billing cycle. Cancellation does not retroactively refund the current month once meal plans for that cycle have been issued. If you cancel within seven days of initial subscription and before receiving the first weekly plan, you are entitled to a full refund.

If technical failure on our side prevents delivery of more than one scheduled weekly plan in a billing period, you may request a pro-rata credit or extension equal to the undelivered portion.

5. Family Budget Bundle

Cancellation more than seventy-two hours before the 90-minute session: full refund. Rescheduling is permitted once without fee when requested at least forty-eight hours in advance. After the family session and delivery of the two-week shopping plan, refunds are not available unless deliverables materially differ from the package description on meal-offers.html.

6. Defective or Incomplete Service

If a consultation is interrupted by our technical failure lasting more than fifteen minutes, you may choose a partial refund proportional to lost time or a complimentary extension session. If written materials contain significant factual errors regarding allergens you disclosed to us, we will correct them promptly at no charge and, where correction is insufficient, offer a reasonable refund or credit.

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary and may take five to ten business days after we initiate the refund. You will receive email confirmation from Bioourinsing when the refund is issued.

8. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not granted when dissatisfaction arises from failure to follow agreed meal suggestions, personal taste preferences, changes in supermarket prices, or outcomes dependent on factors outside our consultation scope. Refunds are not available for third-party costs such as groceries you purchase independently.

9. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at +3585062377 or contact@bioourinsing.world so we can resolve concerns informally. EU consumers may use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform. Finnish consumers may also contact the Consumer Advisory Services (Kuluttajaneuvonta).

10. Business Customers

If you purchase consultation products on behalf of a company with a valid business identification, statutory consumer withdrawal rights may not apply. Contractual cancellation terms will be confirmed in your order correspondence.

11. Policy Changes

We may update this Return Policy. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction unless changes are required by law and improve your rights.
